Paramount+, the new home of Star Trek universe, today released an all-new teaser trailer for season two of Star Trek: Picard, in celebration of Captain Picard Day.
New teaser art for the upcoming season was also revealed. The series is obviously centering around Jean-Luc Picard, the famous Star Trek Captain from “Star Trek: The Next Generation” starring Patrick Stewart.
Alison Pill, Isa Briones, Evan Evagora, Michelle Hurd, Santiago Cabrera, Jeri Ryan, Orla Brady and Brent Spiner also star. Whoopi Goldberg will appear as a special guest star, reprising her role of Guinan.
Watch out for a twist around the end of the teaser.
The trailer cuts to Seven of Nine (Jeri Ryan) looking very, very different. Something is certainly amiss.
Star Trek: Picard will hit our screens sometimes next year. Probably early 2022. You can watch it on Paramount Plus in USA, Crave in Canada, and Prime Video everywhere else.
