Falling for Christmas [2022] – Lindsay Lohan, Chord Overstreet

Falling for Christmas

Why?! Falling for Christmas makes you ask yourself WHY would Netflix pay for something this bad.

I’m not even sure where to start with this to be honest. Have you ever seen one of those bad, cheesy, and cheap Hallmark Christmas movies and thought those were bad? Well, they deserve an Oscar compared to this. If Lindsey Lohan waited a whole decade for this “masterpiece” to be back to acting and revive her career, she should rethink her existence.

Falling for Christmas fails in every single possible metric. From the bad acting to the lack of any kind of chemistry between the cast and everything in between. The movie looks like it was made in the 1970s, on a low budget even by the 70s standard. The green screen work is so obvious that you can even see it leaking around the actors’ shoulders, all the way to the weird lighting.

Plus, I’m not going to even talk about the plot. Or the lack of.

Should you watch it?

This is a rom-com in which both rom and com are in short supply, with zero chemistry between Lohan and Overstreet and a decidedly half-hearted attitude to the pratfalls.

Where can I watch it?

You can stream Falling for Christmas exclusively on Netflix everywhere.
