John Wick: Chapter 4 is a thrilling and satisfying conclusion to the saga of the legendary assassin that started because of a puppy. Loved the action, wished there was more story.

After 2019th Parabellum, Keanu Reeves is back and delivers another stellar performance as Wick. He’s ready to get his freedom and embarks on a relentless quest for vengeance against the High Table and its allies.

If you assumed that after 3 movies the franchise has lost steam and ideas to kill people, you’d be wrong. Director Chad Stahelski goes all in with the amazing visuals and extra-long fight scenes. It might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but it was certainly good.

In fact, the action scenes are spectacular and inventive, highlighting Wick’s skills in various locations and scenarios. From Japan to the states and Paris. It is a thrilling and satisfying continuation of the neo-noir action franchise that delivers on its promises.

Another thing to highlight is the set design and cinematography. It’s what first drew me to the franchise and it’s in full flex mode here. Stahelski and his team know what their audience wants and they’re giving it to them. Gimme more!
