Inspired by real stories, Modern Love is back to make us cry, smile and love with deeper stories and bigger risks.
Here’s to healing and loving in all its forms. Season two of the great Amazon Prime Video anthology series builds on what made it a success. True love story from the New York Times column. Mix that with great casting (well, check the trailer below) and amazing direction and you get an emotional show.
With each new episode, you’ll smile, laugh, cry, love, and do it all over again. Every single kind of modern love is covered in this season. You have a young couple, an older couple, a straight couple, a gay couple. You have stories that have a happy ending, stories with a sad ending, and everything in between.
In addition, the second installment is better than the first one because the creator decided to concentrate on more intimate stories, and not try to lean on huge names to get people’s attention. Each half-hour tale feels lovingly crafted and designed to run you through the gamut of human emotions.
Should you watch it?
Another great season! Modern Love can make you laugh, weep, sigh, shudder, or swoon, sometimes all within a single story. Each episode is a different story. Make sure to have some tissues on hand.
Where can I watch it?
You can stream season one and two of Modern Love exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
