Star Trek First Contact Day 2021 was yesterday, April 5th, 2021. And Paramount was all in! New announcements for Star Trek Prodigy, teaser trailer for season two of Star Trek Picard, release date for the season two of Star Trek Lower Decks and a rough release date with a teaser for the season four of Star Trek Discovery.
Star Trek Prodigy
We finally know more about Captain Janeway’s role in the animated series Prodigy! Kate Mulgrew will be reprising her role as Kathryn Janeway. But this time, she’s an Emergency Training Hologram left onboard a derelict Starfleet ship.
The Star Trek even yesterday also confirmed that Prodigy will be set in the year 2383, after the events of both Star Trek Voyager and Star Trek Nemesis. As for location, Star Trek Prodigy will be in Voyager‘s Delta Quadrant.

Star Trek Lower Decks and Star Trek Discovery
Discovery has new uniforms! And they look great! A modern take on the classic uniforms from Enterprise and Voyager.
We’ve also seen new trailers for Lower Decks Season 2 and Discovery Season 4, but Paramount+ haven’t made them available yet.
Lower Decks Season 2 is expected in August 2021, with Discovery to follow later in 2021. Both shows will be available to stream exclusively on Paramount+ in USA and Crave in Canada.
